For founders who don't have time to open five apps

You run the business.
Sift runs the floor.

Your leads get answered on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, 24 hours a day, by AI that never sleeps. You don't manage it. You just ask it how things are going.

Sift watching today
Live
Hey Sift, how many leads did we get today, and how many deals closed?

Today is handled.

  • 14 new leads today
  • 9 replied to on WhatsApp & Instagram automatically
  • 2 deals closed. No one had to chase them.

It was watching everything while you weren't.

Why most businesses leak customers

Your customers don't wait. You can't always answer.

A lead messages you on Instagram at 11pm. A WhatsApp follow-up gets missed because you were in a meeting. An email sits unread for two days. None of these feel like a big deal until you add them up over a month.

Most automation tools promise to fix this by doing more: more dashboards, more notifications, more tabs to check. That's not less work. That's just work wearing a disguise.

Sift does the opposite: it does the work, and tells you only what matters.

Think of it like this

Imagine a 10-person sales team. Now imagine you never had to manage one of them.

Every lead gets messaged back instantly on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Every follow-up happens on time. Every call gets made, even the ones you'd have forgotten about. None of it touches a human. None of it touches you, either, until you want to know what's happening.

Then you just ask.

That's the entire interface. Not a dashboard. Not a CRM you have to learn. A conversation with the one system that's already watching everything.

What's actually running underneath

Quiet systems doing the work you do not have time to do.

01

It connects to where your customers already are

WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, your CRM. Sift sits across all of it, quietly.

02

It responds, follows up, and qualifies instantly

No lead waits. No follow-up gets forgotten. AI calling handles the conversations a human would've gotten to eventually, except it happens now.

03

You ask, it answers

Skip the dashboard. Just ask Sift what happened today, this week, or with a specific customer, in plain language.

Built for one kind of person

This isn't built for large teams with an ops department. It's built for the founder who's doing six jobs at once and doesn't have time to check Instagram, reply on WhatsApp, and run the business.

If you're losing customers not because your product is wrong, but because you simply didn't have the hours in the day, this is for you.

What early founders are saying

Less chasing. More conversations handled.

"Sift feels like having someone calm and sharp watching every lead while I focus on product drops."

Aarav Mehta D2C Brand Founder

"I stopped losing warm Instagram DMs just because I was on calls all day. That alone is worth it."

Nisha Kapoor Online Coach

"My agency leads used to sit across email, WhatsApp, and forms. Now I can ask what moved today."

Rohan Iyer Marketing Agency Owner

"The best part is that it does not feel like another dashboard. It feels like a daily operator."

Kabir Bansal SaaS Company Founder

"For our D2C store, follow-ups are where money leaks. Sift caught the boring work we kept missing."

Priya Nair D2C Brand Founder

Rohit, founder of Sift

Who's building this

I'm Rohit. I build the systems I wish existed.

I didn't start as a developer. I started by automating my own business problems, connecting WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, and AI agents together with tools like Make.com and n8n, because I was tired of doing the same follow-ups by hand. Then small business owners started asking me to build the same thing for them.

Sift is that system, built for anyone running a business with more to do than hours to do it in. I build all of this in public: the wins, the broken automations, the 2am debugging, over on Instagram and YouTube.
