It connects to where your customers already are
WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, your CRM. Sift sits across all of it, quietly.
For founders who don't have time to open five apps
Your leads get answered on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, 24 hours a day, by AI that never sleeps. You don't manage it. You just ask it how things are going.
It was watching everything while you weren't.
Why most businesses leak customers
A lead messages you on Instagram at 11pm. A WhatsApp follow-up gets missed because you were in a meeting. An email sits unread for two days. None of these feel like a big deal until you add them up over a month.
Most automation tools promise to fix this by doing more: more dashboards, more notifications, more tabs to check. That's not less work. That's just work wearing a disguise.
Sift does the opposite: it does the work, and tells you only what matters.
Think of it like this
Every lead gets messaged back instantly on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Every follow-up happens on time. Every call gets made, even the ones you'd have forgotten about. None of it touches a human. None of it touches you, either, until you want to know what's happening.
Then you just ask.
That's the entire interface. Not a dashboard. Not a CRM you have to learn. A conversation with the one system that's already watching everything.
The system map
What's actually running underneath
WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, your CRM. Sift sits across all of it, quietly.
No lead waits. No follow-up gets forgotten. AI calling handles the conversations a human would've gotten to eventually, except it happens now.
Skip the dashboard. Just ask Sift what happened today, this week, or with a specific customer, in plain language.
Built for one kind of person
This isn't built for large teams with an ops department. It's built for the founder who's doing six jobs at once and doesn't have time to check Instagram, reply on WhatsApp, and run the business.
If you're losing customers not because your product is wrong, but because you simply didn't have the hours in the day, this is for you.
What you can automate
A new lead hits your Instagram DM at midnight. Sift replies instantly, qualifies them with a few questions, and adds them to your pipeline. By morning you already know who's worth your time.
Repeat questions about pricing, delivery, refunds, and status get handled by AI trained on your own business. Complex ones get escalated to you with full context, so you never start a conversation from zero.
Every deal has a next step. Sift tracks where each lead is, sends follow-ups at the right time, books calls automatically, and flags deals that have gone quiet before they fall through.
Instead of opening five dashboards every morning, you ask Sift one question. It pulls from your Gmail, WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM and gives you a plain-language summary of what actually happened.
Infrastructure
Sift runs on Make.com and n8n, the same automation infrastructure used by over 500,000 businesses worldwide. Your data flows through pipelines that are battle-tested, not experiments.
The automation layer powering Sift's workflows
Make.com's infrastructure guarantee, inherited by every Sift automation
Critical workflows run on n8n, giving you data control options no SaaS dashboard offers
Sift orchestrates your tools. Your data stays in your own Gmail, WhatsApp, and CRM. We never store it.
Connects to what you already use
Don't see yours? If it has an API, Sift can connect to it.
What early founders are saying
"Sift feels like having someone calm and sharp watching every lead while I focus on product drops."
"I stopped losing warm Instagram DMs just because I was on calls all day. That alone is worth it."
"My agency leads used to sit across email, WhatsApp, and forms. Now I can ask what moved today."
"The best part is that it does not feel like another dashboard. It feels like a daily operator."
"For our D2C store, follow-ups are where money leaks. Sift caught the boring work we kept missing."
Simple, for now
No credit card. No commitment. Just a conversation about your business.
Who's building this
I didn't start as a developer. I started by automating my own business problems, connecting WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, and AI agents together with tools like Make.com and n8n, because I was tired of doing the same follow-ups by hand. Then small business owners started asking me to build the same thing for them.
Sift is that system, built for anyone running a business with more to do than hours to do it in. I build all of this in public: the wins, the broken automations, the 2am debugging, over on Instagram and YouTube.
